Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and product availability.

Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, which is calculated at checkout.

International shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
To provide the fastest delivery possible, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at juralentz22@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
BrightHomez is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
To help us investigate your claim, we may request:

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday periods.
