30-Day Claim Period

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund, except where required by applicable law.

Replacement-First Policy

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly while minimizing unnecessary waste.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, our preferred solution is to provide a free replacement whenever possible.

If a replacement is unavailable, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a partial refund

  • Issue a full refund

The resolution offered will depend on the specific circumstances of your order.

How to Submit a Claim

To help us process your request quickly, please email our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Return Authorization Required

Do not return any products without prior authorization from BrightHomez™.

Returns sent without approval may be refused or returned to the sender.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return has been approved by BrightHomez™.

  • The item is unused.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

  • The product is in resalable condition.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Hygiene & Safety Policy

For health and hygiene reasons, used cleaning tools, brushes, scrubbers, mops, cloths, and similar household cleaning products cannot be returned once they have been used.

This policy helps ensure the safety and cleanliness of all products sold to our customers.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper use, misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidental damage

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or events beyond our control

  • Refused deliveries

  • Buyer's remorse after the product has been used

  • Minor color or appearance differences due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing variations

  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided, BrightHomez™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If your shipment appears to be lost during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with an investigation through the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund has been processed for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact BrightHomez™.

Most issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

BrightHomez™ reserves the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks using available evidence, including order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, photographs, and customer communications.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
