What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Contact page and include your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the item is defective or we made an error, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Product Care

How do I clean my cleaning tools?

Most of our tools can be rinsed with warm water after use. For brushes and scrubbers, allow them to air dry fully before storing to prevent mildew. Avoid soaking wooden handles for extended periods.

How long do the products last?

With proper care, our tools are built to last. Replacement brush heads are available for our electric scrubbers, extending the life of the device significantly.

Are your products safe for all surfaces?

Each product listing includes surface compatibility details. As a general rule, our silicone tools are safe for most surfaces, while stiffer bristle brushes are best suited for tile, grout, and hard surfaces.
